1. Ordering Terms

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products and services from Alamo Iron Works ("we," "us," or "our") by customers ("you" or "your"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed with Alamo Iron Works are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

1.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it only acknowledges that we have received your order request.

1.3 Order Modification

Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. To modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer service department immediately.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy, pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipment. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid tax exemption certificate prior to placing an order.

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. For qualified business customers, we also offer net terms upon approval of credit. All payments must be received in full before orders are shipped, unless net terms have been established.

2.4 Credit Accounts

Business customers may apply for credit by completing our credit application. Approval is subject to credit review. Net terms range from Net 30 to Net 60, depending on approval. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods, including ground, expedited, and overnight shipping. The available shipping methods and associated costs will be displayed during checkout.

3.2 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders, may affect delivery times.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and the weight and dimensions of the items ordered. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

3.4 Free Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Oversized items, express shipping, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations do not qualify for free shipping.

3.5 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website using your order number and email address.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may be refused.

4.3 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

4.4 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-ordered items, clearance items, items marked as "final sale," and consumable items that have been opened.

Products sold by Alamo Iron Works are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product. Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation included with the product for warranty details.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department. We will assist you in processing your claim with the manufacturer.

5.3 Extended Warranties

Extended warranty options may be available for certain products. Extended warranties provide coverage beyond the manufacturer's warranty period. Details will be provided during the purchase process for eligible items.
